  • Recognise the human, behavioural, ethical and governance sides of AI — not just the technology.
  • Apply the four-layer People, Process, Infrastructure and Data model.
  • Understand the UK legal and regulatory context for AI.
  • Use everyday AI tools safely, and know how to challenge or report harmful behaviour.

How the course is structured

Foundation modules build shared understanding; four layer modules go deep on People, Process, Infrastructure and Data; and a final scenario simulation brings it all together. Modules 1–10 use formative activities such as quizzes and scenarios; Module 11 is the summative assessment leading to a certificate and digital badge.
